Todd Potter is an experienced mortgage lending executive with a strong passion for leadership, strategic operations, and talent development. As Vice President of Mortgage Lending at PenAir Credit Union, he utilizes his extensive industry knowledge to enhance performance, streamline processes, and build high-performing teams. Before joining PenAir, Todd held the position of SVP of Mortgage Services at Interra Credit Union and served as Vice President of Mortgage Banking at Level One Bank. He earned a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business and is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB).

As a dedicated servant leader, Todd is focused on developing professionals by aligning their strengths with essential consultative philosophies to create championship teams. His expertise in operational strategy, compliance, and emerging trends allows him to incorporate data-driven insights that improve efficiency throughout the loan cycle.
