Before entering the mortgage world, I built and ran a successful digital marketing agency, which continues to fuel my referral-based business. I also spent 11 years as a freelance loan closer and have real estate investing experience, particularly with tax liens and distressed properties, giving me a broad, real-world understanding of the market.
